This episode marks a transition for the Run To the Top Podcast; after two years of hosting, Stephanie is passing the baton to RunnersConnect Coach, Claire Bartholic, who many of you already know. In addition to coaching for RC, Claire was interviewed on Run To The Top in September of 2018 about plant-based eating for performance. And listeners of the RunnersConnect Extra Kick podcast will recognize Claire from her contributions of bite-sized wisdom on all sorts of running related topics.
Claire has run 2:58 in the marathon and will share with us how she balances her training, her work, and her non-running life. And she will also give us a bit of insight into what she plans for this next chapter of the Run To The Top podcast.
All of us at RunnersConnect want to thank Stephanie for her hard work, dedication, and great content during her time as host. As she turns the chair over to Claire in this episode, we will learn what Stephanie has on her horizon and she will share with us her favorite episodes from the past two years.
Thank you again, Stephanie, and we wish you all the very best.
