Win a Free Copy of I Run Therefore I Am STILL Nuts

Yes, I enjoy reading in-depth physiology text and reading research papers, but I also take pleasure in learning from unconventional sources. It could be from the principles and practices of other sports and it can even be from hearing the stories and lessons learned from fellow runners.

Earlier this week we interviewed one of my favorite running authors, Bob Schwartz. Bob is the author of two fantastic books, I Run Therefore I am Nuts and I Run Therefore I am STILL Nuts.

While they are primarily a collection of humorous essays and short stories about the crazy and often whacky things runners will do to get their run in or record a new PR, there are some very valuable lessons ingrained in the humor. From how to relax about your training to the lessons learned when coming back from injury, Bob shares his wisdom and teaches like a good teacher should – without you even knowing it.

As a loyal reader of RunnersConnect, Bob was kind enough to send a few copies for us to give away to our audience. Here are the details on how to win your free copy.

How to win a free copy of I Run Therefore I Am STILL Nuts

We’ve set up a contest that allows you to enter your email address to win a free copy of the book. Even better, for every Facebook friend or Twitter follower you recruit, we’ll give you 10 more chances to win.

We’ll announce the winner of the contest on Tuesday, November 20th. Obviously, if you can’t wait until then, you can buy the book on Amazon here. (affiliate link)

We’re excited to give you another chance to win a great addition to your running library. If you have any questions, drop us a note in the comments section. Good luck!
