Training Pace Calculator

This calculator is designed to help you find your race pace training for different events and to help you calculate your optimal easy and long run pace.

To use this calculator, simply enter your most recent or representative race distance and the time you ran for that race in the two input boxes. Represents your fitness means the race was a good effort, so if you have a HM from a few months ago that was faster than your last because of weather or another factor, use the faster race.

If you have a few races that represent your fitness, choose the one closest in distance to the race you’re training for now

The calculator will then provide your race pace and easy and long run paces, which you can use to follow along with the Master class
