Tapiriik for automatic imports
You can now set up automatic imports from services such as Garmin Connect, Strava, Runkeeper, and more through our Tapiriik integration.
To get started, click “imports” on the left side of your screen and click “setup auto importing”:
From there you can click whichever service you’d like to connect. After you’ve done so, click the “queue” button to begin importing right away:
After you’ve connected all of the services you wish, RC will thereafter automatically import your workouts every hour.
Example (upon logging in):
Clicking “log this activity” will allow you to log the workout like any other!
To refer back to your imported workouts at any time, just click “imports” from your dashboard:
Training Phases
Your training phases are now featured directly in your schedule.
You can find this in your dashboard under your scheduled workout:
We hope this makes it easier for you to know which phase of training you’re in without having to check the progress map :).
Fixes
We had some other bugs that are now fixed. This includes the mysterious “0 mile long run” – no, we don’t ironically prescribe 0 mile long runs!
