The course is broken into three sections or modules. The first section is an 8-week challenge designed to help you focus on taking one impactful change to your nutrition. This format ensures you keep things simple and actionable.

The next section covers everything you need to know about nutrition. From supplements to weight loss and your questions answered.

The final section, in constant development, is our meal plan and recipe section.

You can attack the course however best suits you. Our suggestion is to start with the weekly challenge (and don’t skip ahead). In doing so, you’ll make small steps to better nutrition and developing the perfect plan.
