I start with a quick introduction about me, your teacher for the next 9 lessons, and then discuss terms like VO2 max, aerobic threshold and lactate threshold to give you the foundation you need for the upcoming lessons.

HOW TO STRUCTURE YOUR TRAINING PLAN

We’ll delve deep into how each week is structured including when to schedule workouts, rest days, easy miles and give you a glimpse at a real schedule.

PREPARING FOR THE MARATHON TAPER

How to execute in the final few weeks of training, what to watch our for, and how to be primed to run your best on race day.

MARATHON DAY RACE PLAN

You’ll get a mile-by-mile race plan with specific instructions and paces to ensure you make the most of your training on race day.
