Our custom race plan is 100% personalized to your training, previous races, and personal attributes.

This custom plan is completely optional. There is a race plan included in your training schedule (just expand race day in your calendar for the link). However, some athletes want something more in-depth and personalized, which is why we have this option.

RunnersConnect Coaches

Here’s how it works

  1. Sign-up for your custom race plan. Please sign-up at least one week prior to your race. This ensures our coaches can thoroughly review your schedule and devise the perfect plan.
  2. Send preliminary information. This information helps your coach completely customize your plan to you and your training. Missed a few workouts this last month? Can’t handle gels? Let us know!
  3. Receive your plan 3+ days prior to your race. We will will send your plan over at least 3 days out from your race. Review, implement, and run personal bests!

Here’s what we can’t do

  1. We are not doctors. We will help as best we can if you’re suffering from an injury and provide you with research-backed treatment and rehab exercises and modalities. But, we recommend you see your doctor or physical therapist as well.
  2. We are also not certified nutritionists. We will do our best to answer nutrition questions, especially marathon fueling questions. But, we cannot write a specific meal plan for you or monitor your weight loss.
  3. We cannot connect your payment for your RunnersConnect membership to your payment for the race plan. For security reasons we store cards such that we cannot charge them at will.c
