If you still have time before your next race or you want to continue working on your weaknesses, consider joining another bootcamp (or continuing in the one you just finished).

Guidance Plan

Our guidance plan is our group coaching option that allows you to train for any race or running goal while getting feedback from our team of coaches.

The guidance membership is the best option if you’re shifting to training for a race, you have a race within the next 16-20 weeks, or you don’t have a specific goal covered in our Focus Groups or Bootcamps.

  • You’ll get a custom schedule that adapts as you progress with our coaches adjusting to any changes you need.
  • Feedback, private or public, on any workout you log.
  • Strength training, cross training built directly into your plan.
  • Plus, unlimited access to all of our Premium Courses such as fueling for the marathon, half and ultra, stretching, nutrition, and more.

Guidance memberships are $99/month and you can cancel anytime.

Schedule Plans

We also have custom schedules available for those ready to move to training for a specific race, but don’t feel like they need the coaching or group support.

Our custom schedules include…

  • A custom schedule that adapts as you progress with optional coach adjustments at your request.
  • Strength training, cross training built directly into your plan.
  • Plus, unlimited access to all of our Premium Courses.

The biggest difference between our Schedule Plan and our Guidance Plan is the level of coaching support.

With our Schedule option, you won’t receive feedback on your workouts, but you can still ask questions and get schedule adjustments when you need them.

It’s the perfect solution if you’re comfortable training on your own and want a more budget-friendly solution.

What if i don't want to continue

That’s totally fine and not an issue. You won’t be charged for anything and we’ll keep your account on the RC platform so you still have your data should you decide you want to re-join down the road.
