Michael Iban ran the Dignity Health 5K and finished this distance in the time of 23:24.
The tune-up went much better than I expected. I adjusted my running gait so that my feet landed under my core to prevent overstriding. Subsequently, my tight hamstring held up well. I didn’t run the paces I planned to; which I attribute to lost fitness during the two-week rehab time. Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome.
