Our guidance plan is our group coaching option that allows you to train for any race or running goal while getting feedback from our team of coaches.
The guidance membership is the best option if you’re shifting to training towards another race and want more feedback on your workouts.

That’s totally fine and not an issue. You won’t be charged for anything and we’ll keep your account on the RC platform so you still have your data should you decide you want to re-join down the road.
