  • Personal advice The forums and streams are great, but sometimes you need a little more detail and a coach to chat back and forth with about many of the questions you have. During your call we can discuss questions you have about your current training, long-term goals, what to do after your next race, and answer any questions you have you’re not comfortable asking in the forums.
  • Goal setting Do you need help setting your next goal or series of races? Need to figure out when the most optimal time for tune-ups would be? We can walk you through how to setup your next plan for optimal long-term development.
  • Race planning Need help with a race plan? Getting nervous or have questions about specific details about your course/weather? We’ll help you create a personalized plan so you can crush your next race!

Here’s how it works

  1. Schedule your call – After signing up you’ll be taken to a page to schedule your call with one of our expert coaches. We have many different times and days available and will work with you to schedule a time that fits your schedule.
  2. Send preliminary information – You’ll then send your coach information about your training background, history and a brief outline of what you would like to talk about. We also have access to your current training log, past workouts, etc via the site. This allows your coach to be fully prepared and maximize the time spent with you.
  3. Attend the Skype call – Show up on the day and time of your call and spend 1 hour with your coach discussing your training, what you need to do to succeed, race planning, nutrition and every any other running-related question you have.

Here’s what we can’t do

  1. We are not doctors. We will help as best we can if you’re suffering from an injury and provide you with research-backed treatment and rehab exercises and modalities. But, we recommend you see your doctor or physical therapist as well.
  2. We are also not certified nutritionist. We will do our best to answer nutrition questions, especially marathon fueling questions. But, we cannot write a specific meal plan for you or monitor your weight loss.
  3. We can’t connect your current payment to this coaching call. For security reasons, we store cards in such a way that we cannot charge them at will. You will have to pay using the form you’ll see after clicking the button.
