What's the difference between Personal Coaching and the RunnersConnect plan?

The major difference between these two plans is the level of one-on-one coaching you receive and how your schedule is written. Here are the details:

Coaching Support

With our RunnersConnect schedule you work with our team of coaches who work together to provide you feedback and coaching support via our activity stream, forums, and weekly live coach chats. You can log your workouts and ask your questions anytime and one of our coaches will respond within a few hours.

With our personal coaching plan you have one-on-one access to your specific coach who will always comment on and provide feedback for your workouts.

The Training Schedule

Your training schedule on the RunnersConnect plan is written by our sophisticated algorithm that takes into account your training history, goals, strengths, weaknesses and preferences to write you a completely custom training schedule. After your initial schedule is written, our coaches also tweak and modify based on information you provide as well.

While your schedule is written in full from the day you signup until your goal race date, the schedule is also dynamic in that it learns from the workouts you log and adjusts future training based on this data. It is not a static schedule - it's constantly evolving as you do.

With our personal coaching service, your specific coach writes your training in 3-4 week blocks and keeps your plan adjusted based on your one-on-one feedback.

Which plan is right for me?

Most runners find the personal coaching to be the option that best fits their needs. With unlimited questions and answers, schedule adjustments, and training feedback, it is the most comprehensive coaching option. The RunnersConnect membership is the best choice if you are training for one big goal race. What payment methods do you support?

We accept most major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Expres. We also support international payments. Your information is stored on a secure third-party server for your protection. When you sign up for your membership, our system will set up recurring payments for you so you don't have to log in and repay each month.

What happens if I decide to discontinue my membership?

We hate to lose you as a member, but we understand that things change. If you want to discontinue your membership, simply visit your profile link in the welcome page and unsubscribe. If you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Can I change plans after I sign-up?

Absolutely! You can change between any of the membership options if you choose. Just let us know and we'll switch your plan for you.

How many months do I need to sign up for?

We schedule billing on a month-to-month basis, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel whenever you wish. If you cancel in the middle of a month, you'll retain access to the site and your training for remainder of your paying cycle.
