Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Blend dates (adding a little water, if needed) in food processor until they become a paste
  2. Add in nuts and raisins and continue to blend until combined into a stiff paste
  3. Use hands to scoop out mixture and shape into 15 bite-size energy balls
  4. Roll ball in coconut to coat
  5. Repeat with remaining mixture

These balls will keep for a week in the fridge, in an air tight container.
