Greens Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 cup (170 grams) blended oats (oat flower). Can substitute with almond flour or keto flour

3 scoops Athletic Greens

2 scoops (70 grams) whey protein powder (chocolate, peanut butter or vanilla flavor)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup PB fit peanut butter (16 tbsp dry powder mixed with 1/2 cup water)

½ cup zero sugar syrup

Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to bowl and mix together.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir together using paddle or wooden spoon.
  3. Spoon out and form into balls around 1 1/2″ diameter. It should make about 20-25 at this size.
  4. Let settle in refrigerator for 30 mins
  5. Keep in an air tight container in your fridge.
