I work on my "rest day" and after some of my runs... that means 13 hours on my feet. So I never really get a true rest day. Ice baths, epsom salt baths, foam rolling, anyone else have any other tips? I've been running for years, so pain is not new to me, just looking for new tips :) Thanks!

I am now up to 4.5 miles at a very slow pace, and have selected a June 23rd 10 miler in Northville, MI as a goal to complete it- not race it, complete it! Hopefully that will get me ready to start a bit tougher training program for a fall race (not sure if a marathon will be in the picture, or a half- will depend on health!) It's great to see so many new faces here!
