Here's what you'll get ...

Here’s how it works
 
  1. Schedule your call – After signing up you’ll be taken to a page to schedule your call with one of our expert coaches. We have many different times and days available and will work with you to schedule a time that fits your schedule.
  2. Send preliminary information – You’ll then send your coach information about your training background, history and a brief outline of what you would like to talk about. We also have access to your current training log, past workouts, etc via the site. This allows your coach to be fully prepared and maximize the time spent with you.
  3. Attend the video call – Show up on the day and time of your call and spend 1 hour with your coach discussing your training, what you need to do to succeed, race planning, nutrition and every any other running-related question you have. 

 

 

Here’s what we can’t do

  1. We are not doctors. We will help as best we can if you’re suffering from an injury and provide you with research-backed treatment and rehab exercises and modalities. But, we recommend you see your doctor or physical therapist as well.
  2. We are also not certified nutritionists. We will do our best to answer nutrition questions, especially marathon fueling questions. But, we cannot write a specific meal plan for you or monitor your weight loss.
  3. We can’t connect your current payment to this coaching call. For security reasons, we store cards in such a way that we cannot charge them at will. You will have to pay using the form you’ll see after clicking the button.
